The Night in Question event is held on Saturday night, but we have workshops and optional events planned for the preceding Friday.

Registration
The registration desk will be open Friday from 1pm-4pm, and Saturday from 10am-1pm. It will be located in the Texas Grand Ballroom Lobby, on the second floor of the Hampton Inn.
Friday, September 13th
4:30pm-7:30pm : Character Workshops
Where: Texas Grand Ballroom, Hampton Inn 2nd Floor
Players will workshop characters together, create group ties, develop character ties and do role-playing exercises in a guided workshop. Drop in at any time, this is an optional workshop but highly recommended.
8:30pm-Midnight : Meet & Greet
Where: Texas Grand Ballroom, Hampton Inn 2nd Floor
Join us for food and drinks. This event will be catered by the incredible Southside Market BBQ founded in 1882. Meal tickets will be sold before the event, and meal tickets will be more expensive to buy at the event. Hang out with meet your fellow players. 18 or over welcome.
Saturday, September 14th
1pm-3pm : Safety, Consent, and Rules Workshops (REQUIRED)
Where: Texas Grand Ballroom, Hampton Inn 2nd Floor
Players will workshop safety and consent mechanics, including safe physical play and how to deal with uncomfortable or unusual content. Attendance is required for all players and doors shut at 1:15PM.
3:15pm-3:45pm: Vampire Player Workshop
Where: Texas Grand Ballroom, Hampton Inn 2nd Floor
Players of vampire characters must attend a short briefing about their role in the game and to answer questions.
3:15pm-3:45pm: Bloodbag Workshop
Where: Texas Grand Ballroom Lobby, Hampton Inn 2nd Floor
Players of blood bag characters must attend a short briefing about their role in the game.
7pm-After Midnight: The Night in Question
Where: Cauldron’s Keep
The party begins. The music begins. There will be an introduction sequence, but then the fun starts, and you get to experience all the horrors and majesty of the Night In Question.
